Health and Safety Obligations
- Only clients with appointments will be allowed to enter the studio.
- If you are under the care of a healthcare professional, you will need a medical referral letter before starting sessions.
- If you are not feeling well or have an injury, please inform the studio in writing and tell your instructor at the beginning of each session.
- Please wear comfortable, clean and appropriate clothing.
- Avoid clothing with zippers or loose clothing that could damage equipment.
- Mobile phones must be silenced while in the studio.
- All personal belongings must be stored in the changing room.
- Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes.
- Use hand sanitizing gel before going to the equipment.
- After entering the studio, remove your shoes and wear non-slip socks.
- All surfaces will be disinfected after each use.
- Use Pilates equipment correctly.
- Do not arbitrarily change or move the safety devices of technical equipment.
- Immediately communicate to the trainer any situation you consider a danger.
Fire Protection Obligations
- Comply with fire protection rules communicated by the trainer.
- Cleanliness will be maintained at all times.
- Storing food, eating meals, and smoking are prohibited in work areas.
- All access routes will be kept clean and free of obstacles.
- Use apparatus and equipment according to trainer instructions.
- Immediately report any fire protection violations or fire hazards.
- In case of fire, follow the trainer's instructions.
- In case of fire, evacuation through all routes in the evacuation plan is mandatory.

Earthquake Behavior
During an Earthquake:
- Stay where you are, do not try to go outside. Protect your head and face.
- Take shelter under a table or solid furniture and hold on tight.
- Move away from windows, mirrors, bookcases, and tall furniture.
After the Earthquake:
- Stay calm. Reassure frightened people.
- Do not use the phone except to report an emergency.
- Put on sturdy footwear to avoid injury from debris.
- Listen to the radio for instructions from authorities.
