Irina
Pilates Trainer
Irina is a graduate of the Faculty of Kinesitherapy and Biochemistry, and her interest in the human body began from a desire to deeply understand how it works — from cellular processes to the way movement can influence posture, strength, and overall well-being. She has been teaching Pilates Reformer for the past 5 years, and over the last 3 years she has also worked in a physiotherapy clinic, where she integrated the reformer into individual recovery and functional re-education sessions for people with various conditions and specific needs.
Her relationship with sports started early, at the age of 5, through swimming, athletics, and gymnastics. Later, during middle school, she practiced badminton at a performance level, an experience that shaped her discipline, attention to detail, and respect for proper movement.
Her professional background is complemented by accredited Pilates Reformer certifications, as well as specialized courses in physiotherapy, which helped her gain a deeper understanding of the body, different pathologies, and the ways movement can be safely adapted for each individual.
