Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
SELLER OR THE COMPANY means SC Yolo Pilates SRL, with registered office in Bucuresti, sector 1, Matei Voievod no 49, registered with the Trade Registry under No. 45651875, J40/2870/2022, tel. +40 754 782 615, email: weare@yoloromania.com
CUSTOMER means any individual or legal entity that places an Order.
ORDER means the electronic document whereby the Customer sends the acceptance of the offer to sell a product via the Online Store.
WEBSITE means the website available at: yoloromania.com
2.1. Terms apply to all Product sales via the Online Store to any Customer.
2.2. Before using the Online Store, a person must register on the Website.
2.3. Registration is allowed only for persons having the legal capacity to execute official documents.
2.4. The registered user has sole liability for the security of its password.
3.1. A User can place an Order only if it provides a valid e-mail address and phone number.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right not to accept Orders that do not comply with these conditions.
3.3. The Contract is considered executed when the Seller accepts Customer's Order.
The Customer may choose one of the following payment methods:
5.1. Products sold on the Website are new and accompanied by a tax invoice.
5.2. Product prices are specified on the Website in RON. All prices include VAT.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to change prices listed on the Website.
6.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver Products within the period provided. Delivery shall not exceed 30 days.
6.2. The Seller does NOT deliver orders during weekends or national holidays.
7.1. Consumer Customers are entitled to cancel the purchase within 10 days of receipt.
7.2. The right to cancel can be exercised by sending a message to: weare@yoloromania.com
Complaints shall be sent to: Customer Care Department, email: weare@yoloromania.com
Complaints shall be solved within no more than 15 days.
Romanian law shall govern any Contract executed as a result of accepting an Order.
